practice | drawing f'14

When a redo is indicated, a sigh of disappointment is the usual response. Though barely audible, the face and body language screams: But it took so long to do! Once should be enough!

As the author Malcolm Gladwell writes in his book The Tipping Point, "Practice isn't the thing you do once you're good. It's the thing you do that makes you good." For those who are just beginning to draw: Put the time into it. Learn from your mistakes, and rejoice in your triumphs.
