An active mind guides the hand with trepidation. What will the teacher think? Did I get the whole figure on the page? Does it look like him? Is it accurate? With all this raucous, an intimate moment is often lost. In Luana's first drawing, there is little attention to the sheath of exposed flesh. In later drawings she makes a deeper more nuanced connection.
